At PremiumPrint SA, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please read our refund and returns policy carefully.
1. Artwork Approval
No orders will commence unless artwork has been signed off and approved by the customer. This step is crucial to ensuring that your customized items meet your expectations.
2. Payment and Lead Time
Items required for branding will only be sent to the branding division the day after payment has been received. The lead time for orders may vary, typically falling within the range of 5-7 working days. For paper orders, the lead time may extend to 5-10 working days. These lead times are applicable after the artwork has been approved and payment has been made. Please note that lead times can vary based on order volume, material requirements, and the current orders in our system.
3. Amendments and Delay
Any amendments made to the proof after approval will result in a delay to the delivery date. We recommend carefully reviewing and finalizing your artwork to avoid any such delays.
4. Artwork and Printing
We will not be held responsible for any spelling or artwork errors once they have been approved by you. While we strive to match printing colors as closely as possible to Pantone colors or swatches supplied, we do not guarantee a 100% color match.
5. Loss or Damage
Once items leave our premises, we are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit or afterward. We take great care in packaging and handling, but circumstances beyond our control can affect the condition of your order.
6. Colour Representations
Please note that layouts sent in colour via email are not a true reflection of the final printed colour but merely an indication of what the item will look like. Variations in screen settings and printing processes can affect colour representation.
